Insights from the Helsinki Workshop LIVE!

Today, we were over 70 participants when 30 Nordic companies came together in Helsinki for two inspiring and hands-on workshops on Leading Circular Change and Testing and Prototyping Circular Concepts.

Through cross-company discussions, solution-sharing, and practical exercises, we explored key drivers for leading circular transformation, assessed the companies’ current progress and identified actionable next steps.

In the context of circular concepts, we explored participatory design methods enabling stakeholders to work together to develop sustainable solutions that meet real-world needs and long-term environmental goals. We used a framework for circular prototyping and testing, focusing on resource efficiency and lifecycle thinking.

By collaborating cross company and cross country, while utilizing new tools for enabling circularity, the companies are accelerating circular change, contributing to the Nordics being at the forefront of circular change.

Key takeaways from the sessions:

· Circular change requires internal alignment and innovation across leadership, competence and organisation.

· Transformation is done in cross company steps, which feeds back into each other

· Understanding how your customers interact with your circular products & services, is crucial to success & how to develop and test prototypes of circular concepts.

· A circular value proposition involves creating value for all your stakeholders

A huge thank you to all participants for your engagement, openness, and willingness to share insights. The energy in the room was great, and we look forward to seeing how these ideas translate into action, at the final event in Stockholm on May 13th!
